changes from the previous version:

• extra is now gone. i'll simply keep downlaods of previous versions
• temporare change of hitcircle (stolen from yugen!). this one feels better
• stolen followpoints from "tekkito edit". those also feel better
• stolen cursor from raven to more approachable one ?
